We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may initiate a return or exchange through our website within 14 calendar days of receiving and signing for your item.
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging, tags, certificates (if any), and documentation.
Customers are responsible for the cost of insured shipping both to and from our location for exchanges.
Exchanges are limited to the same product category (e.g., ring for ring, necklace for necklace). If you'd like to exchange for a different category, a 5% category-change fee will apply, based on the original purchase price.
If the new item is higher in price, the customer must pay the difference. Charges will be applied to the original payment method.
If the new item is lower in price, customers may choose between:
A store credit for the difference (valid for 1 year). After 1 year, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the remaining balance and the rest refunded.
A direct refund at the time of exchange, with a 10% restocking fee deducted from the difference.
Gold prices fluctuate, and we do not credit more than the original purchase price if the price rises.
If gold prices drop, the credit value of your item may decrease proportionally, but not by more than the percentage drop in gold value.
Example: If gold drops by 10%, an item originally valued at $200 may be credited at $180.
⚠️ Note: Exchanges do not apply to gold coin or bullion purchases.
Returned items must be in original condition as described above.
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, in addition to any applicable shipping and insurance costs.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method:
Credit/debit card: Refund processed to the same card.
Cash, check, Zelle, money order, or other methods: Refund will be initiated within 3 business days of verification.
If a customer initiates a chargeback without following our return procedure, an additional 10% fee will be deducted to cover administrative and legal costs associated with the dispute.
The restocking fee applies to all returns, including dissatisfaction or shipping damage. Please ensure you are comfortable with this policy before making a purchase.
